Mandy has over 10 years experience as a beauty therapist both within the UK and Cayman Islands. Her skills and passion for intelligent skin care have been adding welcome contours to the beauty department since 2004 resulting in the signature ‘Skin Analysis’ and facial treatments at Shine. She thoroughly enjoys connecting with a broad spectrum of clients as well as working alongside an incredible array of health professionals and creative stylists.
Mandy’s background in beauty journalism combined with her love of excellent skin care has resulted in extensive research of new ingredients. She has recently consulted on a facial skincare range with a prominent natural body brand launched in May 2011.
Passions outside work include llamas and alpacas, vintage clothing and tennis- in no particular order!

Originally from Poland, Ewa is a fully qualified beauty therapist (NVQ3) with eight years experience. She joined the Shine team in 2007 and with her excellent customer care, extensive product knowledge and treatment training in Dermalogica, Aveda, Thalgo, Yonka and more she quickly progressed to beauty manager at Shine on the Green.
She is an advocate for a natural holistic approach to health and beauty and combines her passion and knowledge to promote and maintain healthy, beautiful skin. She particularly enjoys facials, eyebrow shaping and, for those special occasions, parties, weddings and more, make-up sessions using our fantastic range of cosmetics.
Kasia grew up by the Baltic sea in Gdynia, northern Poland. Completing her beauty qualifications in 2006 she came to London and joined the Shine team. She loves the diversity of clients who come through the doors at Shine and when she’s not at work explores the endless possibilities that London offers.
Dana is from Latvia. She trained at the London School of Beauty and Make-up (NVQ level 2) qualifying in 2003. She has been working at Shine for over a year and thinks that without the people who work and come to Shine her work wouldn’t be so joyful.
With her natural people skills she likes to care and pamper her clients and enjoys doing facials, massages and body treatments.
Dana is due to complete a degree in Media and Cultural Studies in 2011 and any spare time left she takes full advantage of London’s cultural life. She also practices yoga and enjoys travelling.
Anna was motivated to come to London seven year ago from Lithuania to study. She got her full qualifications in a private School of Beauty and Make-up and joined the Shine team just over a year ago. She loves doing all aspects of beauty but holistic face/body treatments are her favourite. Her calm presence and gentle touch is always reassuring for her loyal clients. In her free time she loves travelling and visiting new places with friends. For fitness she enjoys swimming and all kinds of sporting activities.
Desi completed a Degree in Economics (2000) in her native Bulgaria prior to pursuing a career in Beauty. Over the last eight years she has gained vast knowledge of Decleor, Dermalogica and Aveda developing her specialism in facials and waxing. She enjoys seeing clients from all walks of life and gains immense satisfaction to help them look and feel the best they can. She constantly seeks to develop her skills and update her treatments.
With a love of music, dancing and the arts Desi frequents London’s galleries, clubs and theatres with Sadlers Wells her firm favourite.
Sylwia first came to London in 1998 to visit an aunt, she loved it so much that she returned to finish her training at The London Esthetique school of Beauty and Make-up in 2004.
Sylwia worked with Aveda, Dermalogica and Elemis and then joined the Shine team in 2011. She is happy to be working in an environment that focusses heavily on skin care. She especially enjoys helping people to look their best and the Dermalogica facials are a particular love.
Another creative outlet for Sylwia is painting - "London offers such a wealth of art" and the London gallery scene keeps her busy in her free time.
Natalie provides luxury eye treatments to enhance the eyes, lashes and brows via threading, Eyelash Extension Application and Makeup Artistry.
Natalie moved from Nottingham to London in 1997, later she successfully obtained a BA degree in Ethics & English and went on to work in media and education. The experience of working closely with Make Up Artists on TV projects encouraged Natalie to explore her natural talent and interest in beauty treatments.
She has since studied and qualified at the London College of Fashion (Makeup Artistry), The London College of Beauty (City and Guilds Facials) and obtained a diploma in Eyelash Extensions and a Level II certificate in Threading Depilation. Until recently Natalie was the Assistant Manager of a flagship Lash Bar in the West End of London.
In her spare time Natalie enjoys walking her dog, reading and fitting in further studies to enable her to eventually share her knowledge.
