Ilaria is qualified in anatomy and physiology, holistic, sports and remedial massage as well as on-site acupressure massage for stress management and manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique). She is also an Ayurvedic massage practitioner having trained in Kerala, India.

She began her UK career in 2007 treating disabled clients in low cost community clinics and office workers, gaining invaluable experience working with chronic conditions. Today she treats clients with diverse symptoms including muscular and skeletal imbalances caused by modern sedentary life style and stress. She is also skilled in treating sports injuries, particularly of runners and cyclists.

Caring and dedicated, Ilaria combines gentle Swedish, deep tissue and stretching techniques with Eastern healing systems such as Ayurvedic marma points (pressure points) to create a very therapeutic and individualized treatment.
She further personalizes her treatments with beautiful Ayurvedic herbal oils.
