The Alexander Technique is a self-help method that enables you to restore your natural grace and ease of being. It recognises that chronic pains, stress, breathing difficulties and fatigue are often rooted in our unconscious habits of posture and movement.
These short introductory talks, with follow up individual lesson, give you a chance to learn something of the basic principles of The Technique and how it can be applied in your life, with an opportunity to experience some 'hands-on work'. The group talks will be small, no more than 5 people.
