Her treatment approach consists of education of the underlying problem, treatment options, stages of rehabilitation, and extensive advice on long term self-management and prevention. Treatment options include spinal, joint, and soft tissue mobilisations, acupuncture, and tailored rehabilitation exercises, including clinical Pilates, to help overcome injuries and aid return to everyday life and sporting activities.
If after the comprehensive assessment further investigations are indicated, in the form of blood tests, ultrasound, MRI or X-ray, Sabine communicates with GPs or orthopaedic consultants to help arrange these or she can initiate referrals as needed.
Sabine offers a 1 hour one- off ‘MOT’ treatment for £80.
This is a comprehensive whole body assessment, diagnosis, with explanation of findings, advice and practice on how to self-manage. This is meant for people who want a one-off session with a full check-up and detailed advice. Otherwise, we would suggest you go for the 45min 1st appointments and 30min follow up sessions as outlined on the left hand side.

Sabine’s Training and Background.
Sabine graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in London in 2006, and completed three Masters of Science modules in advanced neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2014/2015. Sabine worked in senior positions in musculoskeletal outpatient departments primarily in the NHS (The Royal London Hospital, Guys and St Thomas Hospital, Central London Community Health in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea), before changing to the private sector in 2014 working at BMI Healthcare, London City Airport, and private clinics.
In the last 10 years Sabine gained extensive experience in assessing and treating often complex conditions, such as post trauma or surgery, as well as work, sport, age, or pregnancy related dysfunction giving rise to painful conditions of the spine, upper and lower extremities. Sabine’s ongoing studies for continual development keep her at the top of her profession.
