Many of you will be eagerly embarking on ambitious exercise regimes, fuelled by the energy of new beginnings. But beware! It is common for people to start with great enthusiasm, often pushing themselves too hard and facing the risk of burnout, or worse injury. By the time you get to February the dreams you had of the year to come have gone. 

So, instead of that version of events, let's explore taking incremental steps, establishing base lines, and seeing how incorporating osteopathy and massage into your health routine can be the catalyst for nurturing your resolutions and establishing a foundation for long-term health.
