Thai massage combines the vigour of yoga with the relaxation of conventional massage – indeed it’s often said that it’s like yoga without the effort. Influenced by both Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine, it seeks to alleviate muscular pain, stimulate blood and lymph flow, aid digestion and increase vitality.
Unlike most forms of massage, you remain clothed and lie on a futon mat on the floor, rather than on a table. The practitioner applies gentle yet firm pressure to your body using his/her palms, thumbs and feet, and performs dynamic stretching of your limbs and back.

Thai Yoga Massage with Danila has been life changing for me.
