Biography
Miranda is a first generation LGBTQIA+ Italian immigrant who grew up in a racially diverse area. She understands the specific issues many people face around race, gender, neurodivergence, and sexuality, and as such always take care to employ an affirmative, intersectional form of support that takes into account your unique social location.
Miranda has worked over 25 years within organisations addressing societal injustices for the most vulnerable in society. A certified Life coach (AC), Breathspace & Meditation Teacher (pupils/professionals), Master NLP Practitioner (ANLP) Accredited facilitator in Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities (CRE), Applied Neuro practitioner (ITS) & Child/Adolescent psychotherapist (UKCP) Miranda shares her passion for living life to the full!. Miranda also holds a PG certificate in Social Work, Social Science degree (BA)major in social policy, race & gender.
Miranda’s lived experience combined with her professional training, informs her understanding that the skills to create purpose, success & happiness, is a lifelong journey. From her work within grass root movements, Miranda felt the increasing pull to make healing from developmental trauma, not limited to a few. She set up Dynamic Life Coaching to continue her work securing healthy wellbeing for all. She maintains regular professional development and is currently undertaking a M.A in Child & Adolescent therapy.
Her role within grassroots groups & corporate organisations, ensures that her skills are ground in evidence-based techniques which addresses underlying need, leading to transformational change rather than transactional exchange. Miranda is driven by her main values of Respect & Harmony. She continues to create spaces so that participants feel safe to learn, experience respect & acceptance to create their own momentum for success & happiness.
Many are experiencing anxiety in life transitions or require support with intimate relationships, addiction, career shifts, and any other problems that arise when going through important changes. The work we do together is holistic and informed by neuroscience, with us using a range of psychodynamic, humanistic, and mindfulness-based techniques to facilitate meaningful change.
