For Hair and Beauty Treatments
Terms and Conditions :
- Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we politely request 24 hours notice or a 50% charge will apply.
- If you are having any form of tint (eyelash / eyebrow tint or lamination) or any Hair colour, and have not had a tint/colour or patch test in the past 6 months, you will need to have this done in order to have your appointment. It does not matter if you have had it done elsewhere. We need to carry out these tests for your wellbeing and to be in accordance with the law. If you book online ignoring these protocols, we will need to reschedule you to a time after having completed the necessary test. If you need to cancel as a result, we can refund your deposit or full payment that you made online. However, please note that this can take 3 - 5 working days to return to your account.
- Ideally you would always have a Colour Consultation to ensure that you are booked in correctly to achieve your desired outcome, especially if you are going for a change. If you book online and the Stylist needs to change your booking, they will inform you if there is a price change also. If you commonly come to us for the same colour, this is not necessary.
- Prices are subject to change.

For Health Treatments
As all of our Practitioners are self employed, should you cancel within 24 hours, you will need to pay the full fee of the treatment. They will arrange this with you.
Due to the complexities of what we offer, it is not possible to book Health treatments online. Call 020 7241 5033 to speak with our Front of House Team. Alternatively you can visit your Practitoners profile and email them directly from there.
