My inability to manage my anxiety and fears led me to reach out to Valina for help. Her approach was professional, yet at the same time warm and familiar, creating a safe space where she could truly understand my struggles and support me through them. When our sessions came to an end — especially the hypnotherapy session — I felt more relieved, aware and emotionally lighter. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her to anyone seeking support in overcoming the challenges and difficulties that affect us all at different stages of life.

I've been coming here for a while now for their acupuncture treatment with Marian, and it's consistently clean, calm, and professional. Exactly what you want from a wellness space. The staff are always warm while remaining professional. The location is a bonus I didn't know I needed as being right next to Jolene means I always treat myself to a coffee and something sweet after my session. The perfect little ritual to round off the visit.

Chris is a master of his craft. When I arrived, my back was analogous to a dusty old house that had been shuttered for the winter but 45 minutes later it felt like it had had a full spring clean with shutters open to a beautiful sunny day! Thanks Chris.

A wonderful deep tissue massage with Danila. She was very attentive to my back problems and centered the massage on the areas that have been giving me trouble. I kept dozing off during the massage and felt super relaxed afterwards. Danila also gave me good advice on how to manage my back problems and tips on exercises that would be best. Definitely recommend and I will go back for sure.

Yesterday I had a wonderful hot stones massage with Beth, she works deeply and the heat of the stones helps to relax muscular tension. My neck & shoulders feel so much better today !

I have always loved visiting Shine on the Green. I had a blissful massage with Danila and a gorgeous eyebrow tint and shape with the lovely Ewa. They are always so friendly and welcoming and it’s always a relaxing and very special treat to spend time at Shine.
