Alberta (known to us by her nick name Lara) is from Rome, Italy. Passionate about hair since childhood she started her career at the age of 16 at a beautiful Aveda spa in Rome. She then ventured to Milan and Barcelona to develop and expand her hairdressing repertoire.
Looking for further creative inspiration she moved to London in 2002 where she fine-tuned her colour repertoire at the Tony & Guy academy before joining Shine and working her up to becoming one of our Self-Employed Director stylists, not an easy task.
Known for her excellent colour and strong, yet understated styling skills she has a large and loyal following. Many curly haired clients have been especially relieved and delighted to find her. She loves to work with natural shapes, finding ways to compliment face shape with hair texture. “Working with people is what I love to do, but the best part of my career is to make my clients happy and see their loyalty.”
Besides the joy of working creatively with hair, she also loves travelling, music, fashion, shoe shopping and most of all her daughter!
