Biography
Beth was inspired towards bodywork during her travels in Thailand in her twenties, where she received traditional Thai massage from an elderly local. She was so struck by the power of this Eastern treatment, she first studied Thai massage before moving to Malaysia where she furthered her knowledge in deep oil-based techniques native to the country. The belief in the power of touch to help create the balance in body and mind that aids natural healing has supported her approach ever since.
Her Massage sessions can include acupressure, palm-pressure and mobilising stretches from her Thai training, alongside the work to loosen the deeper layers of muscle and soft tissue affiliated to deep tissue practice. She also has an active interest in yoga, Shamanic healing, painting and textiles. Beth is a registered Member of FHT - The Federation of Holistic Therapists. Beth offers wonderfully intuitive, yet dynamic treatments and clients report on her massage as sensitive and powerful.

Reviving Leg Massage Treatment 30mins £50
With the assistance of some wonderfully aromatic oil blends of your choice, this 30 minute treatment will help to soothe away tension, and restore a sense of ease and comfort in the lower leg, with special focus around the knee, calves, and tight areas of the feet and ankles.
Restorative Upper Body Massage 30mins £50
Surrounded by the fragrance of your preferred aromatic blend, relax and re-balance with this calming and restorative 30 minute treatment aiming to soften and ease out tight areas and points of held tension, in order to create more mobility and suppleness, whilst promoting deep relaxation and sense of well-being.

I had an hour long upper body massage and reiki session with Beth which was an absolute treat, combining deep relaxation with an insightful therapeutic experience. it was my first session with Beth and she attentively asked me if there was anything I needed to tell her beforehand, ensuring that she tailored the therapy to my personal needs. The ambience in the room was beautifully safe and soothing with low lighting, heated bed to lie on and soft music. Beth was careful to check with me what suited me and I was struck by her consideration throughout. The session started with a deep massage that felt stimulating and got my energy flowing nicely. Beth's touch was firm and confident but gentle too. Then she switched to reiki which was unfamiliar to me. It's a very delicate treatment requiring deep concentration and sensitivity. I drifted off during this light touch experience in a special zone - a meditative state. Beth was very generous with her time and gave me excellent feedback after the therapy. She showed real sensitivity and awareness and also gave helpful advice going forward. She showed exceptional insight into my personal situation and I was moved by the whole experience which touched me deeply. It felt very special.

Having a treatment with Beth feels like an experience as well as an amazing deep massage. I always feel that she is totally dedicated to what she's doing and her treatments are powerful.
