Gavin Luck-Jones

Biography

Gavin trained with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology to the highest practitioner level. He has undertaken additional training in Primitive Reflexes and Cranial Kinesiology, as well as with the Neuro-Energetic Kinesiology Institute in Australia, specialising in stress, emotional pathways, digestion, gut health, lyme disease, the brain, body structure and physiology.

As well as working at Shine, he runs a busy Kinesiology clinic and training academy in Cornwall.

Gavin takes a holistic approach to health, working with the structural, nutritional, emotional and energetic aspects of the individual. Through muscle testing, Kinesiology assesses the body's responses to identify areas of imbalance and guide treatment.

Treatment draws on techniques including chiropractic manipulation, acupressure, emotional release, nutritional support, lymphatic stimulation and energy healing. It supports the body’s innate ability to heal and restore itself, looking beyond individual symptoms to consider the wider relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing and energetic systems.

Before training in Kinesiology, Gavin worked internationally as a fashion model. He later worked as a health and wellbeing practitioner with young people in London and adults in drug and alcohol services.

Having lived and worked around the world, Gavin brings a broad perspective to his practice. His own health challenges and significant life experiences have deepened his understanding of the relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing and energetic systems. His experience of working with people from different backgrounds has contributed to his broad and holistic approach to health.

Alongside his clinical practice, Gavin teaches Kinesiology to full practitioner level, helping to train the next generation of Kinesiologists.
